Hybrid Animal

In Mrs.Weigands class we were assigned an assignment that we had to blend 3 animals into one animal. In order to make this creation come to life i had to first had to think about 3 animals that i could relate to and how they would blend, i chose a Polar Bear, Dolphin and Panda Bear. In my final piece of digital art i had to include all parts of 3 animals, an Abstract background and also colors to make it pop. The software i used for this assignment was Adobe Illustrator. 

The 3 animals i chose to use was Polar Bear,Panda Bear, and Dolphin. I combined the fins, and the tail of the Dolphin onto the Polar bear body and the spots and eye of the Panda bear onto the Polar Bear. I included a icy background to go with the animals habitat. i wanted the animals habitat to be a cold and icy enviroment. 

The 3 animals represanted my personality as Strong,Funny and Fearful. Like a Dolphin i am funny and cheerful. As a Polar bear i am Strong. Finally as a Panda bear i am fearful for somethings and sometimes territorial with family or friends. Reason why i chose these 3 animals is because there are not only my favorite animals but also they represant diffrent aspects in personailty. 

On this assignment i think i did very good for someone that just learned how to use illustrator. everything on my project was well put and the grade i think i deserve was an A,B or C. i think on this assignment i did very well it had its ups but also its downs which made it hard for me. 

in overall i think i did fine on this assignment. If i had a chance to change anything i would only change the background a bit to make it more realistic looking. in the assignment i learned how to blend backgrounds and use the pen tool more accurately. and thats my assignment. hope you liked it !
